WHAT ARE MY QUALIFICATIONS?

I have obtained my Diploma in Transformation Coaching Certificate in February 2020 after one year of training and coaching clients. I studied with Animas, an International Coach Federation accredited centre. I also have over 10 years experience in marketing and business.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a self-development process that helps you get you get from A to B faster than you could on your own.

It focuses on your own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals through a non-judgmental, open, collaborative and confidential conversation.

It uses tools, questions, exercises and active listening to help you:

  • Stay on track

  • Understand yourself better

WHO IS COACHING FOR?

Coaching is for those who understand you can get further, faster with the right support. It requires a level of self-awareness already present and a desire to improve, to reflect and to grow. 
My coaching focuses on mindset and business mentorship.

IS COACHING THERAPY?

No. Coaching looks towards the future and ways to get there, getting you unstuck in your mind and behaviours. But it is not therapy or counselling, therefore not suitable for mental health issues, trauma or dealing with the past.
